A New York native now based in Boca Raton, Spencer has built a reputation for his hands-on approach to investment advisory, equipping clients with data-driven market intelligence and tailored investment strategies to capitalize on opportunities and navigate complex transactions with confidence. His expertise in market cycles, investment sales, and tenant positioning ensures that every deal is structured for long-term success and maximum returns.
Outside of real estate, Spencer holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Science, reinforcing his commitment to discipline, precision, and performance—values that define his approach to commercial real estate. Gabrielle Scalzitti
Director of Operations
Gabrielle Scalzitti is a commercial real estate specialist with a focus on retail leasing and investment properties across Palm Beach and Broward County. With experience in both residential and commercial real estate, she provides a well-rounded approach to property marketing, tenant placement, and investment strategy.
Coming from a family deeply rooted in real estate, Gabrielle is also a limited partner investor in multiple properties along the East Coast, giving her a unique perspective on asset management and long-term value creation. As a key member of Scarlett Harper Commercial, named after her two daughters, she is dedicated to delivering strategic leasing and sales solutions, with a personalized service to help property owners and investors maximize their success.
Outside of real estate, Gabrielle enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Hudson, working out, and playing pickleball. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from NYU and is a licensed Registered Dietitian in the State of Florida.
